Where the SL600HD may fit
The SL600HD is for a single straight indoor staircase. Its higher rated capacity does not establish fit by itself: the stair width, rail length, landing space, seat access and the staircase structure all need an in-person review.
The supplied 2018 brochure covers several Pinnacle models. Details for the SL600 and SL300, including their folding-rail information, are not specifications for the SL600HD and are not carried into this page.
Battery and charging
Current Harmar information describes battery operation with charging along the rail, allowing continued operation during a power outage while adequate charge remains. Actual outage performance depends on battery age, condition, charge and use; review the exact expectations in the supplied manual.
Why some dimensions are omitted
The older supplied brochure and current Harmar materials disagree on seat dimensions, folded width and allowable incline. Those figures are deliberately omitted here until the exact current configuration is confirmed. Rick will measure the staircase and put the selected model and specifications in writing.
Coverage to confirm in writing
Harmar's current product information lists limited manufacturer coverage of three years on parts, ten years on the gear rack and one year on the battery. Eligibility, exclusions and maintenance requirements are governed by the written manufacturer terms. Heartland separately provides one year of free labor and service on its installations; service fees apply after the first year. Heartland's coverage is stated in your written quote.
Manufacturer brochure
Older manufacturer reference covering multiple Pinnacle models. Some specifications differ from current Harmar sources; use the current model page and written quote.

- Can the SL600HD go around a landing?
- No. It is a straight-rail model. A staircase that turns or needs continuous travel around a landing generally requires a curved rail, subject to measurement.
- Does the SL600HD have a folding rail option?
- The manufacturer material reviewed does not list a folding rail for the SL600HD. Folding-rail details for other Pinnacle models should not be applied to this model.
- Why aren't the seat size and incline range listed here?
- The supplied 2018 brochure and current manufacturer sources give different figures. We omit disputed measurements and confirm the current specifications for the exact unit in writing.
