- Typical office hours: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (please call to confirm business days)
- Assessment visits: Monday – Friday
There is no guaranteed 24-hour technician response. If anyone is in danger or hurt, call 911 first. Our office at 372 Ash Street, Gasconade is not a walk-in showroom.

Ready to request a visit?
Call Rick to request a visit. Every requested time needs Rick or the team’s approval before confirmation. Assessments are free within the qualifying 40-mile service radius. Beyond 40 miles, a $75 assessment fee applies and is credited toward your lift purchase. Eligibility and distance are confirmed for each address when you request a visit.
