Rick's background

Rick reports about 30 years in service work, construction and running businesses, including 15 years installing and maintaining stair lifts. Before starting Heartland he completed roughly 100 stair lift installations for other companies.

Heartland itself is new. We don't have Heartland reviews or project photos yet, and we won't show other companies' work or stock photos as if they were ours.

How we work

• Fair pricing, with a published starting price for basic straight lifts
• Personal care from the owner, not a call center
• No pressure — compare our written quote with anyone's
• The right equipment for the person and the staircase, not the most expensive
• Installation and service by Rick or a qualified technician; subcontractors are sometimes used
• Liability insured (owner-reported); no licenses or certifications are claimed

Equipment

We sell and install AmeriGlide stair lifts, including the Rave and Rave 2, the Rave Outdoor, the Rave HD, the Rubex AC and curved models, as well as inspected refurbished units.

Our office and warehouse is at 372 Ash Street, Gasconade, MO 65061. It isn't a walk-in showroom — we come to you.
