Missouri Stair Lift Service Areas

Heartland Stair Lift serves Missouri homes from our Gasconade office across 19 counties, from St. Louis and St. Charles to Boone, Cole and the Lake of the Ozarks. Coverage and any travel charge are confirmed for each address. Each area below has its own page describing the staircases we most often meet there, because a brick two-story in south city and a walkout basement in Columbia are very different jobs.

Call to confirm coverage for your address and request an in-home assessment.

Stair Lifts in Jefferson City, Missouri

If your home sits on a hillside lot, there may be a flight of steps between the sidewalk and the front door before you reach the interior staircase — and those exterior steps may be the real barrier.

Stair Lifts at the Lake of the Ozarks

If your lake home is built into a steep shoreline lot, the hardest stairs may be outdoors: the run down to the dock, or a multi-level deck between the driveway and the front door.

How we cover this much of Missouri

Assessments are scheduled by area so travel is planned rather than improvised. When you request a visit you request a time Monday–Friday, 9 AM–7 PM (weekends only by approved special arrangement), and Rick or the team must approve it before it is confirmed — requests are never auto-approved.

If your address sits between the areas listed here, ask anyway. We will tell you plainly whether we can reach you rather than booking a visit we cannot keep.

What happens at an in-home assessment

  • We measure the staircase — rise, run, pitch, head clearance and the space at each end
  • We check where a power supply can be reached and where the seat should park
  • We explain which lift type fits and why, in plain language
  • You get the total cost in writing, with no obligation and no pressure to decide on the day

Common questions

Do you charge for the in-home assessment?
Assessments are free within the qualifying 40-mile service radius. Beyond 40 miles, a $75 assessment fee applies and is credited toward your lift purchase. Eligibility and distance are confirmed for each address when you request a visit. There is no obligation.
What if my town is not listed?
Contact us with your address and we will tell you directly whether we can reach you and whether travel charges apply. We work in Missouri only, not Illinois.
